1. All guests and joiner have to register their names and contact detail at hotel reception.
2. Drugs used will not be allowed in this property. Person will be
reported to police and leave with no refund.
3. No Form of gambling, No party, No alcohol and candle
or any activities that cause disturbance and fire.
4. Fire Penalties : you’ll be responsible for all damage that
has caused. If person avoid the penalties,You will be subjected to
criminal and reported to the justice and the court of law.
( Do not smoke in the room, No candle and No cooking )
5. Please be aware of thief ( Visitor or Joiner ). The hotel will not
responsible for any loss and damage.
6. Ensure not to leave any valueble stuffs behind we are not
responsible for your loss. ( Lock the door when you leave room )
7. No visitor staying over 11 p.m., Penalties charges of 1,000 Baht.
By Informing, cost of 300 baht for additional guest/joiner only.
9. Payment must be made in advance before staying over night,
failure/avoidance in making payment, we have the right to bring
all your stuff and kept at the ground Floor.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 (Noon)
- Check - Out later than 12.00 (noon) to 4.00 p.m. 50% of one
night room rate will be charged.
- Check - Out later than 4.00 p.m. one night room rate will be
charged. Please Inform before 12 Noon if you attend to Check -
Out Late. Inform after 12 Noon, You may be not allowed to do so.
