Term & Condition

• - All room rates are quoted in Thai Baht. Inclusive of 7% vat and 10% service charge.
• - All room rates are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast.
• - For Capacity of Guest for every room type : Maximum 3 Adults per rooms or 2 Adults and 2 Childrens (Identification of child's age must be shown at front desk and children MUST be under 12 years old.)
• - Check in time : after 2.00 pm. (upon room available)  
• - Check out time :before 12:00 ( Noon ).
• - Any extension after 12.00 noon will be levied at 50% of regular rate. Extension till 6.00 pm. will be charged full day rate.
• - Maximum 1 Extra bed per Room per Person ( Inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 7%Vat )

Child Policy

• - Child age 0-5 years old, sharing the same bedding with parents, will receive a FREE NIGHT STAY and breakfast. (maximum 2 child per room)
• - Child age 6-11 years old, sharing the same bedding with parents, compulsory breakfast 250 THB.
• - Child age 12 years old and older is considered as adults, compulsory 1,000 THB is included extra bed and breakfast.
• - Baby cot is free of charge and subject to available upon arrival.  

CANCELLATION / AMEND POLICY

• - Cancellation / Amendment : 3 Days before arrival date, unless Hotel shall charge 1 night fee.
• - Cancellation and Amendment, the number of days will consider by Thailand time only.
